Terms of use
The terms on which you may use this website. These cover the website only — not the care we provide.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the beale horton Health website at bealehorton.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. They are not the agreement under which we provide clinical care. Care is provided under separate consent and service arrangements given to you at the point of care, and nothing here limits your rights as a patient.
The site is operated by beale horton Health, full registered entity name, company number and registered office.
2. This website is not medical advice
The content on this site is general information about our services, our care model and our research. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified health professional.
Using this site does not create a clinician–patient relationship between you and beale horton Health or any of our clinicians. Do not delay seeking care, or disregard advice you have been given, because of something you read here.
3. Emergencies
Do not use this website, email or WhatsApp to report a medical emergency. These channels are not monitored continuously and messages may not be seen in time.
In an emergency in Ghana, call 112, or go to the nearest emergency facility. Emergency and ambulance numbers to publish here are confirm the emergency and ambulance numbers to list, and any beale horton urgent line.
4. Using this website
You may use this site for your own information and to contact us about our services. You agree not to:

- introduce malicious code, or interfere with the site's operation;

5. Appointments and enquiries
Where the site lets you contact us or request an appointment, you agree that the information you give is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Submitting a request does not by itself confirm an appointment — a booking is confirmed only when we tell you it is.
How we handle the personal data in your enquiry is set out in our privacy policy.
6. Our WhatsApp assistant
Our assistant sends reminders and check-in messages and can answer routine questions. It is a support tool, not a clinician, and its responses are not medical advice. It may be automated in whole or in part.
WhatsApp is a third-party service operated by Meta, and your use of it is also subject to Meta's own terms. Message delivery depends on that service and on your network, and we cannot guarantee that a message will arrive or arrive promptly. You can opt out of these messages at any time by opt-out mechanism — e.g. the exact keyword to reply, or a contact route.
